As the year winds down, it’s easy to forget what’s still true.
Here are a few scriptures to remember🤍 share some scriptures that you are holding onto in this season.
When I think about the prodigal son walking into that banquet, I can almost feel the swirl of emotions he must have carried. Imagine returning home expecting judgment, punishment, or even rejection, only to find joy, music, and a feast waiting for you. His father didn’t just let him back in the house, he celebrated him.
I believe in that moment the son’s shame began to melt into love. Every sound of laughter, every smell from the feast, every glance of honor reminded him: “I am still a son. I am still loved. I am still home.” What he thought he had forfeited was restored in an instant.
Sometimes we come to God weighed down by our failures, feeling like we don’t deserve His goodness. But His response is always grace. He runs toward us. He clothes us in righteousness. He sets a table for us and says, “You belong here.”
Luke 15:24 says, “For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.” That same joy and welcome waits for us every time we turn back to Him.
Today, pause and remember, you are never too far gone. God is not just waiting to let you in; He’s preparing a banquet to celebrate your return.

“If you feel that you’re in over your head you’re in a God zone. He will get you in over your head to get a resource into you that is over your head” - Sean Smith #comehome2025

We’re just two days away from Come Home. My brother Pastor @troyhwilsonii shares a powerful word on why this weekend matters. I deeply admire the way he leads with strength, humility, and a heart that’s been shaped by both service and surrender.
What he says about the older brother in the story of the Prodigal Son speaks to so many of us who have stayed, served, and still found ourselves in need of healing. This weekend is for you too. Take a moment to hear his heart.

My pastor, @derrickhwkns is one of the intercessors for Come Home, and it means more than I can put into words. He’s someone I deeply respect, whose life and prayer life have shaped the way I pursue God. To know he’s covering this gathering in prayer makes me feel even more expectant for what’s coming. We’re just 3 days away, and something powerful is building. Join us by signing up at the link in our bio.
