@fleming Introducing the Fleming Series 1 Launch Edition in rose gold, an edition of 7 pieces. The dial features a union of two distinct hand-created textures, mixing a carbon grey guilloché outer track with a hammered champagne center and subdial.
Fleming combines an independent creative vision, the talent of master Swiss watchmakers and artisans, and a desire to produce watches that are captivating, wearable, and versatile. The Series 1 Launch Edition, in its three distinct and novel expressions, reinterprets the classic dress watch for the modern day: a distinctive case profile accentuates basic geometry and presents a compelling view from all angles, while the lugs are defined by their unique skeletonized opening, by their multiple facets, and by their length – elongated but curved to conform to any wrist. Its hands and markers echo the shape of the lugs, uniting different components for an often undervalued sense of cohesion. Across all three expressions, the dial was designed to highlight attractive contrasts in material and texture. On the movement side, the manually-wound, 7-day caliber FM-01 features frosted bridges with hand-polished chamfers, sharp interior angles, and abundant black-polishing, from the ratchet wheels – which feature contrasting matte chamfers on each of their 36 openings – to the three-dimensional balance bridge. The straps, produced by Maison Jean Rousseau, were carefully considered — each variant has its own strap pairing, and feature a unique profile that maximizes comfort and balance.
