From the very beginning, this business was built on more than nails — it was built on showing up, giving back, and using what we love to do to support something bigger. This moment was part of the HELP Portrait Project, and it’s one of the many experiences that planted the seed for what would eventually become Colors for Causes — a way to carry that same spirit of giving forward in a more intentional, lasting way. It’s time to…dance! 🎉🩰 We’re so excited to announce our very first Colors for Causes collection: Dance Edition — created to fund youth dance scholarships across the Cape and beyond. This collection was created to celebrate the passion, dedication, and joy of dance — and we want you to help us name the shades! We’re looking for clever, dance-inspired polish names that inspire creativity and fun. Some of our favorites are: Wing It, Sashay All Day, and Raise The Barre (we always love a good pun 😂) But…we want to hear your ideas! The inspiration 😌 @capecodnailco has done collabs…but this project was the spark that grew into Colors for Causes 💕 In 2021, Jen @jenmyetteyoga led a retreat to a small community in Northern Nicaragua. Our time at @cocolocoresort — surrounded by the Pacific, hiking volcanoes, being immersed in a culture defined by resilience, warmth, and hospitality — stole our hearts. We created a Waves of Hope custom color, sold 72 bottles, raising $1,000, with 100% donated back to @wavesofhope1 🎉🌊✨ This moment showed us how even the smallest idea could create meaningful impact. Since the very beginning days of Cape Cod Nail Co., our core has been rooted in community and giving back through our services and polish line. As the brand has grown, I knew it was time for a little glow up. ✨ Don’t worry…Cape Cod Nail Co. isn’t going anywhere! This is simply the next chapter of our story, a way to take what we’ve built together and channel it into something even more meaningful.
