It’s official…
Orleans is OPEN 🎉😭🤗
The state inspector gave us a PASS earlier this afternoon. We’re opening Tuesday ahead of schedule and just in time for April Vacation — starting with a soft launch and limited hours while we settle in and migrate schedules.
This has been over a year in the making.
Endless sweat, tears, and sleepless nights… but also SO much support, love, and growth. I’m honestly at a loss for words. (It’s also my (it’s me Sarah 🙈👋🏼)…my birthday Sunday so…this is actually the best birthday gift of all time 😭)
We have so many people to thank — stay tuned for more transformation reels and behind the scenes.
How crazy is this transformation though. What a journey.

Short answer?
It just doesn’t make sense for how we do things.
Longer answer…
It throws off our timing, doesn’t align with our focus on healthy nails, and ends up being more work for less value (for you and for us).
And the biggest one — people leave it on way longer than they should 😩
Pedicures aren’t just about polish… they’re about maintaining healthy nails and feet.
When polish stays on for 6+ weeks, you’re skipping that maintenance entirely.
And with gel, it can also lead to dehydration, lifting, and moisture getting trapped underneath… which is where we start seeing discoloration or separation once it’s removed.
Our entire team votes on this every year… and every year the team votes “No thank you.” 👎🏼🙅🏼♀️
We promise we’re not being difficult — we just care about doing things the right way over the easy way.
(We get it… you’re allowed to be a little annoyed. We promise your feet and nails will thank us in the end ☺️)

There were moments I thought this was the worst decision I’ve ever made.

Moments I cried in this space wondering how it was all going to come together.
And then… it did.
