History in the making⚡️ The inaugural Spark Festival was more than just an event—it was a homecoming for the BIPOC creative community in Downtown Bay Shore. ✨ From the folkloric dancers on the main stage to the breathtaking works inside the newly renovated Firehouse Gallery, the energy was unmatched. 🫶 Thank you to every artist, musician, vendor, and neighbor who came out to make history with us. We didn’t just celebrate culture; we built a legacy. 📹: @kylepinaro

CREATIVES ARE THE FUTURE! 🚀 We had a blast at this year’s WE ARE THE FUTURE summit! Being back with the @minoritymillennials family is always a highlight. This year we got to show these students that their creativity is a superpower—and a possible career. From pottery and set design to upcycled murals and pin-making, the energy in the space was unmatched. ✨ Big thanks to our artist team for making this happen. The future is looking bright!

Thank you @minoritymillennials for inviting me to lead 2 art workshops for high school students during the We Are the Future Summit at @nassaucommunitycollege 🩵 In our classroom, students learned about careers in art and got hands-on experience making their own handmade pins/buttons, learning how to use the button machine, and unwinding in a creative space. Students were so excited to show off their creations and one even said “I didn’t realize how easy this was going to be!” Big thanks to @minoritymillennials & @colored.colors for believing in bringing the arts to the youth. Honored to be part of this event! 🩵 If you think your school, business, university, nonprofit, or heck even your friend group would benefit from an art workshop like this, check out my upcoming art workshops or send me a message if you’d like for me to host an art workshop in your space! I’d love to host more art workshops in different settings and bring the arts to more places! Also thank you @bri.sandr for the mini photoshoot of me with my button machine, the photos capture my art joy for sure 🩵 #CozyByAliana #HandmadeArt #SupportTheArts
