After more than 4 incredible years in this magnificent hotel, this is truly an emotional moment. I simply want to say thank you to all my pastry and bakery teams those who have been with me since the beginning, and also those who joined along the way.
I am truly proud of everything we created, built, and accomplished together. Your passion, dedication, and talent made this journey unforgettable. I cannot tag everyone, but you all know who you are, and I sincerely thank you.
A special thought as well to all the amazing people I met along the way suppliers, colleagues, and all the hotel teams who contributed to this incredible experience.
