With a background rooted in technical design and coordination, he brings clarity to complex projects, working closely with architects, engineers, and teams on the ground. He’s a steady hand in the process, making sure everything holds together as it should.

Meet @kimcollier_ : Co-Founder, Massage Therapist & Wellness Educator. Her spa director and consulting work has taken her across the world, always guided by a deep respect for traditions, the natural world and practices that support wellness. From documenting jamu plant medicine and Balinese massage modalities which became the foundations for spa treatments, to decades spent shaping spa and wellness experiences.  A rare and wonderful blend of business + pleasure, set somewhere between the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic, and a few very memorable dinner parties. Five days filled with thoughtful panels, 1:1 meetings with innovative vendors, and the kind of conversations that remind you why this industry continues to evolve so quickly. And yes, followed by karaoke and dancing… as it should be. 
 A heartfelt thank you to Lisa Wolfe, Founder of SpaPeeps for the invitation and for welcoming Cary Collier onto a Think Tank panel alongside true industry icons. 
 As Cary shared: 
 “Kim and I have just returned from a Wellness Spa event on a Virgin Voyages ship. I was on a Think Tank panel moderated by Suzanne Holbrook, which included Jessica Shea, Jeremy McCarthy, Michael Lahm for an audience of operators, vendors, and consultants. The topics and discussions were captivating for all of us. Wellness has undergone rapid change in the last few years, unlike anything experienced before. The reason I mention this is the apparent disconnect between wellness operations and the property owners and senior leadership. Sensitive topics for sure, but worthy of renewed awareness, as wellness, spa and hospitality are merging and evolving.”
