Day 9 of the Creative Journey by @msmorgantaylor
I missed a few days(again!) 😅 but this challenge has been pushing me to share more of what I actually love doing, being in the kitchen and cooking for people.
Last week’s lineup looked like:
• Braised tofu with scallions
• Vegetable japchae with glass noodles
• Slow roasted cabbage
• Garlic Butter Lobster with Sweet Chili Sauce
Cooking this way — whole foods, big flavor, meals that feel both comforting and fresh.
And if you’ve been following along and thinking “I need meals like this in my life”… I have 2 spots open✨

My meal prep clients really get the best of me.
I love creating the menus. Testing the sauces.
Layering flavors. Packing everything with care.
There’s something deeply fulfilling about feeding families week after week.
Between producing experiences and stepping fully into my private chef work, life is aligning in ways I used to only talk about.
I’m opening up 2 more meal prep spots.
DM to inquire.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, collected works, and believed in the vision. The work is still available, and the conversation is still unfolding.

Here’s a little recap of my favorites from 2025 ✨
A few of my favorite dishes I made this year, from comforting ramen, to plant-based “crab” cakes, to a brown butter sweet potato pie that truly had my heart.
Every dish is rooted in Caribbean flavors and made with so much love.
I truly enjoy being in the kitchen and transforming the foods I grew up loving into plant-based versions you wouldn’t even know were vegan.

✨ This year, skip the stress and let me do the cooking. Think soulful, flavorful, plant-based dishes that taste like comfort and nostalgia. No shortcuts, no skimping 🫶🏾
Each dish serves 6–8 people and is available à la carte, so you can mix and match. Please place orders at least 72 hours in advance so everything comes out fresh and ready to enjoy.
Got dietary restrictions? I’ve got you. We can customize the menu.

Cohost Supper Club has officially begun 🫶🏾
At the end of May, I hosted my first Cohost Supper Club where I prepared a plant-based Caribbean-Italian dinner rooted in connection, conversation and that real home feel.
Think: Sunday dinner at your cousins house 😘
Every course was made with intention with one of the stars being the Wray & Nephew tiramisu (yes, I said what I said)
What I learned? Just start. Forget perfection and lead with love.
This is only the beginning. More dinners, more community and more warmth to come.
Follow @cohostsupperclub for more information on future dates and DM me to collaborate ❤️
