Yesterday, after a late working and editing session with @emilysaldanaaa , we had some real talk about life and it’s journey. One thing that I continue to get more open about is all of the things I’m juggling, including my mental health journey. More of us deal with it than not; and between what’s going on inside our heads and outside in the world…. chile, it can be a lot.
We’re all internally dealing with more than the outside person knows, and at the same time we also owe it to ourselves to go after our hearts desires. I may not always know every step, and I may have days when I don’t feel like taking the steps, but somehow someway I keep going. And I think you should too 💙

Earlier this week (ahead of my new single announcement) I launched my Substack and published my first post. I love writing. Always have. I’m excited to use this as another way to express myself. Even when I was writing the first post, it felt like an exhale and a fresh release.
I plan to share more behind the veil of who I am not even just as as artist (via sharing some exclusive bts content) but also share more of who I am as a person, and the honesty of navigating life’s journey.
