unplanned. a little cringe. a lot of laughter. here’s a little something from beyond the counter. we woke up at 4am for an interview because we genuinely enjoy talking about this business, our mission, and sharing our story. somewhere in between… this turned into a mini photoshoot with custom ube dunks by @ant.kai — designed to give back to the filipino community during FAHM last year. outside of coffee + culture, we love shoes. it started as a shared interest, then became another thing we bonded over as friends. sneaker culture is its own world and something we can truly appreciate as well. not everything has to be perfect. sometimes it just has to be fun. 💜 so tell us what shoes are you wearing & what are you drinkin? 👟😏☕️

👏🏼Watching women build from nothing and refuse to stay small will always inspire me. My girl Hannah, co-owner of her small Filipino-based business, started her coffee shop from a literal hot dog stand they found on Facebook Marketplace. A vision, faith, and the willingness to start before it looked perfect. Now they’re thriving, growing, and already in talks about opening a second location. She’s also a mom, a bodybuilder, and someone who shares the same love I do for fitness, discipline, and building something bigger than ourselves. And me? A single mom who made a complete career change last year. I bet on myself, built my business from the ground up, and God has blessed it so abundantly that I had to hire an assistant just to keep up with the growth. We’re both moms. We’re both bodybuilders. We’re both business owners. And we both know what it means to show up tired, still choose discipline, and keep building anyway. 👉🏼That’s what happens when you stop waiting and start moving. Get in rooms with women who challenge you. Women who think bigger. Move different. Expect more. Because growth doesn’t happen in comfort.
