The 944’s new side hustle is bike hauler, and honestly, it’s crushing it. Shoutout to @944_safari for the hitch that bolted up like it was OEM, and to @1upusa for building a rack that makes hauling the @santacruzbicycles Hightower feel effortless. Porsche purists, look away.

Sold the Four Wheel Camper.
Other than a short stint with a Topo Topper, this is the first time since early 2015 that I haven’t had a Four Wheel Camper setup. It honestly feels a little strange closing that chapter after so many miles, campgrounds, backroads, and adventures along the way.
The next move will probably be a camper van, but for now I’m simplifying things a bit. The Tundra will be getting a regular topper, and the adventures will keep going either way.
At the end of the day, it was never really about the camper itself, it was about the places it allowed me to see.

Porsches don’t just go fast, they go camping too.
Just finished up a quick one night camping trip on the Hennepin Canal (Lock 17). This spot is only 160 miles round trip from my house, so it was the perfect trip to do in the 944. The car did great and I had a blast.

In the absence of color, you notice everything.

My photography journey has always had its ups and downs. The more I learn, the more I critique my own work.
Lately, color has been my focus. I originally posted this shot back in November, but I could never quite get it right. Over the last few days I revisited it in black & white, and something finally clicked.
I prefer this version, even if it comes with its own challenges.
