What if we completely changed the way we thought about and developed AI systems? At the University of @oxford_uni @codedbias screening, Taiwan’s Cyber Ambassador Audrey Tang (@digitalminister.one ) explained how plurality is the key to developing AI that doesn’t leave anyone behind. 💬 “We want AI that fosters collaboration across diversity. We want AI that fosters mutual trust, mutual care between people.” Read the “6-Pack of Care” manifesto for more on Audrey Tang’s vision for the future of AI, part of their research project for Oxford’s Institute for Ethics in AI’s (@aiethicsoxford ) Accelerator Fellowship Programme: 6pack.care/manifesto

What an incredibly awe-inspiring weekend, we gathered in true Oxford fashion.. surrounded by old stone, big ideas, and just enough Hogwarts energy to make you check for moving portraits 😅 The Lady Who crew had the honor of documenting a powerful day spent at the University of Oxford @oxford_uni , hosted by @ajlunited and the Accelerator Fellowship Programme of the Institute for Ethics in AI @aiethicsoxford . From the screening of @codedbias , to the dynamic panel discussion at the historic Rhodes House, the room was buzzing with curiosity, powerful insights and critical questions. While vital perspectives around the urgent conversation around AI governance, ethics, and community agency were discussed, Lady Who was behind the scenes documenting every bit of it! Filming, listening and witnessing a community come together around a shared mission. Plus, the fans were so excited to meet @poetofcode Dr. Joy Buolamwini who has been raising important issues about bias in AI for years now (and we have had the honor of working besides). Thank you to everyone who came through, asked brilliant questions, donated to the Algorithmic Justice League, and helped us celebrate this stop on the Coded Bias 5-Year Anniversary World Tour. Oxford, you were magic. 💫 In case you weren't able to join us, scroll through to have a look at some exclusive BTS shots! ➡️
