It allows me to be truthful, to feel fully, and to express openly, moving through everything I carry with honesty. It’s where I allow myself to be seen in my most authentic form. Through that, I find connection—with myself and with others.

Dance is my personal language. Through it, I speak to myself without judgment, without restraint. In movement, I allow myself to be unguarded. Sensation and emotion become essential, opening a space where freedom can emerge. My body listens, responds, and connects to my inner world and to the environment that surrounds me.
There is always more to search for, more to uncover. Dance is a continuous journey of discovery, bringing me to moments of doubt and challenge, asking me to go further to become more honest and more present.
