I have seen a theme with a lot of our clients lately. They are ready to think and go BIG! As we head into 2026 I thought I would share an organizing framework that we have been using in those conversations. â¨
10x Is better than 2x (shoutout to Dan Sullivan and Benjamin Hardy who outline this idea in their work and book)
The idea here is that thinking and going for 10x can accelerate our growth in ways that simply doubling our efforts (aka 2x) canât.
It completely shifts our thinking, what we need to do to go for 10x is completely different than the actions, thoughts, and behaviors of we are only going for 2x. The difference isnât talent or resources. Itâs permission to think differently about whatâs possible.
So Iâm curious - as youâre planning 2026, where are you thinking 10x? What would change if you gave yourself permission to go bigger instead of just incrementally better? #2026 #cocreatework #growthmindset #futureofwork #executivecoaching

đđđ We are so excited to share that our Founder, @lakitamwilliams , and Managing Partner,@chloeandersen__ have been published on @harvard_business_review !! đđđ
Did you know that 80% of employees work for organizations that have stated valuesâŚ
But only 23% agreed that they could apply those values to their everyday work?
In the Harvard Business Review article, âTo Put Your Company Values into Action, Create Working Agreementsâ, LaâKita and Chloe explore the disconnect and present a more effective, alternative way for leaders to foster shared understanding, language, and accountability in their organizations - working agreements.
đ° To read the full article, head to the link in bio to learn the 3 key components that drive effective collaboration!
â Working Agreements, and implementing them, are a key component of our upcoming CoCreate Work Culture Certification launching this month! If youâre ready to shape the future of work, join other business leaders and founders on our waitlist for details on applications and launch details.

In building a business and team, we often spend a lot of time focused on whatâs missing. What we havenât done yet. Where we fell short. What still needs fixing.
We actually believe that growth starts somewhere else.
In this week's newsletter The Brief by CoCreate Work, we talk about the opportunity that comes from taking a strength-based approach instead.
Your best work rarely comes from constantly trying to become someone else. It comes from recognizing the patterns, values, and ways of being that already create impact â and learning to trust them.
A few reminders weâre carrying with us this week:
⢠The gentle way is not the weak way. ⢠Your past wins hold clues. ⢠Momentum grows when you build in alignment with yourself.
And perhaps most importantly: You are not in competition with yourself. You are in collaboration.
If this resonates, weâd love to have you join us in The Brief. â¨ď¸
Today is my birthday and Iâm sitting in this moment filled with awe and gratitude. â¨
So many synchronicities and moments had to happen to get to this beautiful event. Iâm so proud of @cocreatework and all the people who have trusted us and collaborated with us.
Iâm not saying this from the top of any mountain. We have a long way to go. But I am a big believer in celebrating every win every step of the way.
I am forever grateful to our team @vanessa_s_arias@sparhawk_adventures , my business partner @chloeandersen__ our extended support team @b.b.g.m and @maddiemacncheese1 . Our co-creators for this wonderful event @goal_keypr of @thekey_pr and @radicistudios , our esteemed panelists - @rtulshyan and Allison Vendt of Dropbox and all the guests who joined us. Their leadership and willingness to imagine something different in startups and enterprises, in small businesses, and even in tbd vc world is the reason we do the work we do. If you are new here, this is what we mean by co-creation. Letâs continue to build whatâs next. ⨠Art led by the brilliant @radicistudios and co-created everyone in these photos!

Meet LaâKita Williams, the founder behind CoCreate Work!
From the organizations sheâs transformed to the leaders sheâs helped shape, her work has always been rooted in one thing: cocreation.
Personal transformation leads to organizational transformation. Thatâs the through line of everything LaâKita does & itâs exactly why weâre doubling down on executive coaching.
Now, weâre channeling that expertise into helping leaders move with clarity, confidence, and intention.

The most dangerous leader in the room is the one who does not know what they do not know.
This came up on a recent call with one of our Culture Certification alumni, and the conversation got so good we had to share it. Chloe breaks down the Dunning-Kruger Effect and why it shows up more than we think.
The short version: the less experience we have, the more confident we tend to feel. The more we grow, the more we realize how much there is still to learn.
The best leaders we know have made peace with that.
If this resonates, save it and send it to a leader in your life who needs to hear it.

I want to share something that happened on one of those mornings where absolutely nothing goes according to plan.
My notes would not print. My car was locked in the garage with no way out. I was running very close to missing my ferry, which meant I wouldnât have my extra grounding time before facilitating.
This presented me with an opportunity. Would I choose to feel like things werenât working in my favor and carry that throughout the day or would I choose differently?
Because we always have a choice. Were things happening unexpectedly? Yes. But it was also a morning where multiple people went completely out of their way for me.
Someone literally chased me down the street to hand me my printed notes. Someone came and got me out of that garage. And I was the very last car to drive onto that ferry.
I was held and supported even when everything felt like it was falling apart.
I chose to see that. And that shift in perception changes everything.
If you are in a moment of uncertainty or frustration - where is there an opportunity to shift your perspective?
