The every day work activities in the life of an event planner.
Here in this video is a true picture of what goes on behind the scenes of an upcoming event.
We were at the Grandball room of Oriental Hotel strategizing and having last minute briefs and details with our Corporate client in preparations for their event scheduled to hold on Friday July 27th.
Some of the activities done by an Events Manager is;
1. Getting in touch with all vendors both the ones sourced by client and the ones by planner
2. Run down of time flow/agenda for the day
3. Design and Total Ambience for the day
4. Seat reservations and recognition of dignitaries to be present.
These n much more are efforts we put in place to see to the total execution of an event.
