Yesterday’s #tcsnycmarathon was TOUGH. At mile 15, the check engine lights begin to flare up. i reminded myself to TRUST my training. Whatever you do, trust in the process + expect to get out exactly what you put in. Thanking all that came to support the runners yesterday, we needed that life on the course. WE’RE GOING TO NATIONALS BABY🦾 Placed 3rd in my First Streetlifting Meet🥉 Lift Recap: WEIGHTED PULL UP - 47.5kg, 55kg, 67.5kg 🟢🟢🟢 WEIGHTED DIP - 52.5kg, 70kg, 80kg 🟢🟢🔴 Total: 137.5kg / 302.5lbs 5 out of 6 lifts completed, i got the 3rd strongest lifts combined in my 87kg / 191lbs weight class. This qualified me for Nationals in Colorado!!! We’ve got work to do, job’s not done. Nationals is 4 weeks out & this is a once in lifetime experience that i won’t miss or waste. Training will be tight on this timeline. Working really hard is what successful people do.” - Denzel Washington #HardWorkWORKS There is no substitute, you get out what you put in. Training for this moment was rough, but i continued to recycle this; “Hard Work WORKS, somebody out there is working harder than you, but you got something to prove and people counting on you” … Would repeat this when it got difficult; early mornings, train harder, manage my clients, balance a full time job, going to model castings, being a dog dad, church, bible study, prepping food, that grocery bill, no hanging out with friends, etc … Resilience takes practice. When I got to that convention center I was committed to what I came to achieve and confident. I trusted in myself as i programmed my own training for this. I want to first thank God. Without Him none of this would be possible. November ‘23, i was cycling and hit by a driver near my home in New York. Suffered 2 herniated discs in my back. I could’ve quit but thanks to the Lord i didn’t. Thank you to my Mom for your constant support, prayers, and pouring positivity into me. Thank you Dad for all the wisdom and guidance you’ve given me to step in the same shoes you wore as a bodybuildier. Thank you @rev.klaus for meeting every week for our morning coffee bible study’s. Thank you @adrianstover22 for being able to fit me in your busy schedule when i hit you up one month out for posing coaching. Thank you @forcefitnessclub for providing me the perfect environment for me to train. Thank you @blinkfitness for promoting me during my prep. Thank you @brandon.nycc & @gabriela.lillian for coming with me to support this show. After some thought I have decided to not compete in USASL Nationals (2 weeks out). Personal things take priority over competing, but we will be back in the foreseeable. Decided to do a mock up strength test instead to see where my strength is at currently! … Disclaimer, these were all done at like midnight with a Starbucks lemon loaf and everything bagel for fueling 😅😁 SQ: 315lbs / 143kg BP: 235lbs / 106.5kg DL: 395lbs / 179.5kg MU: 30lbs / 13.5kg PU: 135lbs / 61kg DIP: 165lbs / 75kg Total: 1275lbs / 579.5kg Being an athlete as an adult takes adult decisions, and it’s ok to not be at everything. Thank you if you’ve been supporting, it means alot. Let’s Keep Showing Up!

HYROX Doubles Boston ✅ Time: 1:11:54 Doubles Rank (M/W): 211 Age Rank (30-34): 48 Because it was his first time we were patient and paced out each run and station accordingly. We smashed our goal time by 19 minutes, we were thinking anywhere from 1:30-1:20 but 1:11 is fire. Considering we had more in the tank at the end we are looking forward to another one in the near future and really push the needle. Overall, an amazing day-trip in a new city and a great time spent with my client. Boston was quiet, clean and had its own beauty. The preparation was much harder than the race and that is the take-away. Train hard so the race is easy.
