@tonyturneryoga is back in the studio this week after a beautiful restorative time in Bali.
Tony is well known in the community for his masterful approach to teaching Yin yoga. Helping students melt away tension in the deep connective tissues of the body to create lasting improvements in mobility and function as well as helping to significantly reduce stress. He teaches Yin Tuesdays at 6pm and Fridays at 4.30pm.
Tony also teaches a YinYang class on Mondays at 5.30pm where he intelligently combines flowing movements to generate warmth and strength in the muscles of the body and then balance that out with deep long stretches. This is an incredible class and we are so happy to have it on the weekly schedule.

Come and dive in with Jeanette @iamjeanettetuckey for Breath & Sound every Friday night at 6.30pm.
These Friday nights with Jeanette are magical combing two gentle yet powerful modalities into one.
The breath exercises utilised are a gentle form of breathwork inspired by Pranayama ancient yoga practices, to regulate, control and expand the breath to enhance physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that will be weaved in, using sound vibrations from instruments to promote healing, restoration and harmony in the body.
The community have been loving these sessions!
They are available for all members as part of the regular schedule and also open for anyone to come for a casual drop in class.

INTRODUCING A NEW CONSCIOUS COLLABORATION
✨CHA DAO TEA CEREMONY & LIVE SOUND✨
A new collaborative offering has been co-created with connection and care, and is an invitation to slow down, ground and nurture yourself through tea and sound for a heightened contemplative and sensorial experience.
Our afternoon meditative Cha Dao Tea Ceremony, will be steeped in the stillness and mindfulness of tea served by tea practitioner Ai-Ling Truong, while receiving a sound journey from vocalist & musician Anita Emor (Emora Suara). Her sonorous sounds and vibrations will facilitate a deep and peaceful state through the resonance and frequencies of chimes, percussion, crystal bowls, voice & gong.

New class announcement!
We are very excited to announce a second Breathwork class with the lovely Julie @prana.l.a.b happening every Thursday evening at 6pm.
Breathwork classes have always been such an integral part of the @cntrespace schedule - being here for the community and helping individuals drop into a deep restorative practice and regulate their nervous systems.
Some more info on Julie:
Julie is a qualified breathwork facilitator specialising in Pranayama. She blends ancient breathing practices with modern nervous system science to support emotional wellbeing.
Her own journey with breathwork began during a challenging time, leading to deep healing and a passion for guiding others inward.
Julie’s sessions offer calm, down-to-earth guidance to help ease anxiety, regulate the nervous system, and find stillness-one breath at a time. When the world feels too loud, the breath can guide you home.
If you haven’t breathed with Julie, we highly recommend it. Absolute medicine for the nervous system.

We are delighted to welcome back Cinzia Lee @askydiversdaughter to @cntrespace to teach guided meditation at 6pm each Sunday evening.
We feel it will be such a peaceful way to close out each weekend in Autumn. To come and get cozy and quiet in the mind.

Cinzia is a Meditation Teacher and Wellbeing Expert with a passion for helping people to find balance in a fast-paced world.
This class is an invitation to take 45min out of your busy week to sit, reset and relax. Using a toolbox of various Meditation and Mindfulness techniques Cinzia will guide you through a Meditation session that suits all levels from beginners to advanced Meditators.
