@cms_chowk campus successfully hosted a two-day Model United Nations (MUN) Conference, bringing together 335 delegates from 34 schools across and around Lucknow to deliberate on pressing global issues and engage in meaningful dialogue. From debating the secular foundations of the Indian Constitution and addressing AI-driven labour displacement to discussing women, peace & security, sustainable economies, and strategic decision-making, the diverse agendas explored during the conference provided students with a dynamic platform to demonstrate leadership, diplomacy, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills. The conference was inaugurated by esteemed Chief Guest Ms Nancy Singh, CMS alumna and UPSC 2025 achiever (AIR 34), whose inspiring journey motivated young delegates to pursue excellence with determination. The inaugural day commenced with a vibrant cultural performance, followed by committee sessions where delegates exchanged perspectives, negotiated solutions, and embodied the spirit of constructive global discourse. The day concluded with an engaging ‘Socials’ session, fostering meaningful connections, collaboration, and friendships beyond committee walls. The conference culminated in recognition of outstanding performances, with CMS Chowk Campus emerging as the Best School. However, as the hosts, the championship trophy was awarded to @cms.indiranagar1 campus, which secured the second position in the overall points tally. @cms.gomtinagar2 campus emerged as the Runner-Up. At CMS, we believe in nurturing informed, compassionate, and responsible global citizens committed to peace, cooperation, and creating solutions for a better world. Heartiest congratulations to the entire team of @cms.indiranagar2 on the inauguration of newly upgraded state-of-the-art facilities, including a modern Library, Computer Lab, Dance Room, and a beautifully redesigned lobby. Contemporary, student-centric spaces foster deeper learning experiences while encouraging curiosity, collaboration, innovation, and confidence among learners. Guided by this vision, City Montessori School continues to uphold its legacy of holistic education through consistent advancements — not only in pedagogy, teacher development, curriculum, and assessments, but also in infrastructure and learning resources across its campuses. These collective efforts continue to contribute towards academic excellence, reflected in the outstanding ICSE & ISC Board Results 2026. There's a long way to go. So, never slow down or become complacent because there's a lot to be done.” In a heartfelt tribute, special recognition was accorded to our National Toppers, celebrating not just their success but also the invaluable support of their parents and teachers.
