New music for yas! Well sorta… I recorded this with Gabe Kenner over a year ago on a cold winter night in a couple of takes and then forgot about it. Trading drones on double bass and cello over an idea I’d began writing in the Canadian Rockies. Sometimes you capture some magic in a blink and other times it takes years. Sharing the moment is deeply rewarding, the years of crafting alone on a screen can be a real challenge. I’m hoping to honour those raw unfiltered musical moments more—so here’s the track in both demo and full form! ‘Oh Humble Mountain Why?’ out now on all streaming platforms.

I’m so happy to announce the release of our first band EP : Playing with Swords! 5 songs from us to you. I’m so proud of what we’ve done together, the depth, sensitivity and openness we have given to each other. To my band : Henry @albert__brown_ , Cam @cm.pbll and Sam @life.on.mas , you’re wild stars burning so bright for real living and this is just the beginning! I love you all and thankyou with all my heart for the friendship and being so present and ready to go anywhere with me. It’s pure joy to play music with you and breathe life into this world we create. I dedicate Playing with Swords to my friend Nihar, who was the most free and real of them all, who showed me who I was and why I was here, who loved me supremely and let me love him supremely, who didn’t give me a moments rest in pushing my limits. IT’S HERE! ‘Leaving Flowers For Nobody Belongs’, my debut album is out now on all streaming platforms. It is a true blessing to make music with beautiful people in such chaotic times. These stories are many years in the making and would not have been possible without people I hold close to my heart. To Henry, Sam, Joscelyn and Gabriel thank you for sharing your endless talents and your belief in the songs from day one. Anyone making anything knows how important community is to the craft and how much we need one another to uplift the message! To those who have come to a show at any point along this long journey, this record is also my thanks to you. A gift for your playlists, car rides, headphones and to share with friends. I MADE AN ALBUM. It is called ‘Leaving Flowers For Nobody Belongs’. It comes out on all streaming platforms next week (I’ll let you know when it’s live).
