Tonight we’re turning Hollow Spirits Heights into a full celebration of art, cocktails, and community.
From 6–10 PM, Cloudface will be taking over the space with a special gallery show featuring his original paintings displayed throughout the distillery.
If you know Hollow Spirits, you know Cloudface’s work. His paintings are the artwork behind our Rum and Gin labels, and his vision has helped shape the identity, energy, and spirit of Hollow Spirits from the very beginning. His art is woven into who we are — bold, unmistakable, and uniquely New Mexico.
And this is bigger than just an art show.
Cloudface is helping transform Hollow Spirits Heights by decorating the walls and building the kind of beautiful, immersive ambiance that makes our downtown location feel so special. Tonight is the beginning of bringing that same artistic energy and atmosphere to Heights.
We’ll also be debuting our brand new cocktail menu from 5–10 PM featuring some of our favorite drinks we’ve ever created.
And to make the night even better:🥩 Mighty Mike’s Meats will be serving food all evening.

Cloudface created the paintings featured on our labels, and his art has helped define the look, feel, and soul of Hollow Spirits from the very beginning. His style is woven into our identity, and we’re honored to finally showcase more of his work on our walls.

About your feature: Celebrated poet and cultural advocate Manuel González has been named the third New Mexico State Poet Laureate, a recognition that affirms his profound contributions to the literary arts and his enduring impact on New Mexico’s communities. Appointed by New Mexico Arts and the New Mexico State Library, divisions of the Department of Cultural Affairs, González will begin his three-year term effective immediately. González’s appointment marks the continuation of a powerful legacy rooted in poetry as a vehicle for healing, empowerment, and cultural memory. A former Albuquerque Poet Laureate (2016–2018), González is widely respected not only for his artistry on the page and stage, but also for his unwavering commitment to community and justice.
