I’ve made paneer many times. Today I decided to follow a recipe for a change, from @divyaalter to see if I could improve as my results vary when making paneer, ghee, buttermilk.
I recently had the pleasure of attending a very special Vedic naming ceremony, known as ‘Nāmakaraṇa Saṃskāra’ for my friend’s beautiful little boy @cloudnether 🩵
The ceremony blends astrological guidance, mantras, and blessings for a healthy, auspicious life.
I was very happy to exercise my creative lens and put together this video for their family.
It is such an honour to sit in circle and witness these ancient rituals alive in our culture 🙏

Our dark haired boy was born on Friday morning at dawn ushering in the Aires super moon.
I woke with contractions less than an hour earlier, before Reza caught our baby in his loving arms. Just the two of us, in the living room, journeying through the cosmic portal of birth.
My waters never broke.. he was born en caul, still in his sac, completely at peace looking out into the world.
Del woke up at 7am to meet her brother.
We are in utter awe 🖤
