In honor of my birthday, I wanted to finally post what was probably the best trip of my life, but definitely my best trip on my 25th rotation around the sun 🌞✨️

Japan was absolutely everything I could've dreamt of , and I'll be counting down the days till next years visit (and next years ramen🥹) . There are too many pictures, so I will definitely do a part 2 eventually, lol. But this is just a glimpse into the time i spent on the other side of the world with some incredible humans that I'm now grateful to call my friends🌙🫶

Forever grateful that @_shaype_ never gave up on helping to encourage me to not only perform and compete in front of over 100 people (twice) , but also to travel 14 hrs across the world on a plane alone. I will never be able to express my gratitude for empowering me as a human and believing in me so much that i couldn't help but believe in myself🖤 thanks always for being a great teacher and friend, Sensei Shaype🥲

This new year has been heavy - but not in a bad way. Heavy with progress and change that can only be brought by loss and lessons. I'm grateful for the growth, and I'm excited for the new chapters the past few months and year has set me up for. The beginning of the solar new year compounded with the closing of the lunar year - upheavaling a lot of cycles, patterns, and relationships in my life - leaving me drained the first few weeks of the year, but it finally feels like the dust is beginning to settle and things are becoming clearer. I'm grateful for the space and peace this winter was able to give me to rest and process. I will miss the snow, but I'm excited for the sun. As I will miss the rain, but look forward to smelling the flowers.🖤

Going to the place where it all started always feels so surreal - Lost Lands 2017 was my first festival ever. That weekend changed my life and shaped me in more ways than I can count : It was where i started gloving, the beginning of new relationships, and a fresh chapter for myself in a space I finally felt I belonged. Grateful will never feel like a word that fully encompasses my feelings for this festival and these weekends, but it will always be the first word that comes to mind. I truly feel like I've watched myself grow up with this place year after year, and seeing its massive upgrades this year - feeling truly completed - made me feel whole, myself.

Im going to miss you so much , Gram ❤️ You are someone who always saw the best parts of me even when I couldn't yet - You always truly 'saw' me , and I saw you too. Our souls always felt so close, and even on your last day, that bond felt just as strong. You were always there and someone i could always count on to show up - always helping my mom and dad so they could work and go on vacations - but you always stayed to hang with us . You never left us gram , never stopped cheering for us . Me and jay were your sweethearts and you'd never let us forget ❤️ You took such good care of me my entire childhood , and I loved returning that favor during covid and taking care of you, too . It was such a rewarding moment getting to care for you on your last day and share your last cup off coffee together . Thank you for giving me that one last time🥹 I'll always wish there was one more cig to share , or one more game of cards to play together. And I'll really miss holding your hand 🫶

The past 2 months have turned my entire life upside-down, so i haven't had time or energy to post pics from my last few fests or shows 😭 BUT holiday season has started out wonderfully - im surrounded by amazing people , great music , and big dreams . New goals are set, and 2025 is going to be another year of success and good fortune for me and the people around me. At the end of these past 2 months, all i can think is, "Im so proud of myself." I've shown myself not only my strength but also my humanity and saw my limits first hand. I've learned breaks are important, and rest can be enjoyable - Im grateful for my little life , the opportunities to grow and learn through the pain, and for the people who help carry me when i can no longer do it myself 🖤
