😍 Four years into the signal chain, the voltage keeps evolving.
🎧 What started in 2022 with the very first Happy Little Voltages compilation, released alongside the birth of the Clockwork Voltage community, has now mutated into its second collective transmission. Between patch cables, late-night jams, smoke-filled venues, feedback loops and blinking LEDs, the community has grown into a living modular organism.
🎧 Over the years, Clockwork Voltage has generated a steady stream of releases while its members sharpened their sonic language across an even greater number of live performances, experiments and improvised encounters. Every set, every patch and every unstable oscillator left traces in the circuitry that now converge inside Happy Little Voltages Vol. 2.
🎧 This compilation captures the beautiful unpredictability of modular synthesis culture, a spectrum of frequencies stretching from raw techno pressure and fractured beat constructions to heavyweight dubstep mutations, drifting ambient textures and harsh noise eruptions. Controlled chaos collides with precision sequencing and warm analog drift meets digital disintegration.
🎧 The entire compilation was curated by nobena. One of the most active techno producers on the Slovenian electronic music landscape whose artistic path was also shaped through the Clockwork Voltage community itself. Emerging from the collective’s ever-evolving modular ecosystem, nobena assembled this release as a carefully sequenced voltage map connecting the diverse sonic identities of its members.
Each track is its own self-contained ecosystem, voltage translated into rhythm, texture and movement.
No presets. No fixed architecture. Just signal flow, experimentation and collective energy.
Happy Little Voltages Vol. 2 is not only a compilation, it is a snapshot of a community continuously patching new connections between machines, people and sound.
All tracks were produced, mixed and mastered by the individual artists themselves.

Modul@rnice na novi lokaciji, skupaj s Clockwork Voltage skupnostjo!
Polje modularne sinteze je ogromno, sam začetek je lahko težak. In tudi ko se že nekaj naučimo, spoznamo, da je zajčja luknja resnično globoka. Kaj sploh potrebujem? Kateri modul najprej kupiti? Kaj posamezen modul sploh dela? Kako je z ohišjem, ga lahko naredim sam? Kako se moduli priklopijo na elektriko? Vsa ta in druga vprašanja bomo na delavnici First Patch, pod vodstvom izkušenih članic in članov modularne skupnosti Clockwork Voltage, skupaj razvozlali in seveda v praksi povezali prvi osnovni patch.
⚡ Za raziskovanje bodo na voljo trije modularni sistemi, ki smo jih tekom let sestavili s pomočjo udeležencev Modul@rnic !
Udeležba na delavnici je brezplačna in namenjena vsem, ki želite eksperimentirati z elektroniko ter tudi tistim, ki bi radi bolje razumeli, kako ustvariti improvizirane zvočne pokrajine.

🦚 From lush textures to deep rhythms and shimmering melodies, CWV takes over Studio Sepič with their machines creating audio and visual waves, unfolding in real time. Together, they open a space for connection, quiet movement, and introspection under the glow in the spirit of the mid-summer night.
🪐 No rush, no spectacle. Just time to settle in, listen, and be carried by the unfolding as sound and visuals unfold together.
