Booking your coffee cart at least a month in advance is recommended for a smooth planning process and to accommodate any custom branding on the cart or cups. While a month is ideal, we are flexible, have handled bookings years in advance, and can often accommodate very short-notice events locally in the Greenville area.

Well, it depends on a few factors such as the duration of service, distance from the city, and how many carts are needed for your guest count. A good baseline we see for 2026 is between $800-$1000 for two hours of service for 50-100 guests. Reach out to us to get a custom quote for your event!

As we head into the warmer months, we are reminded of a fun event we did with J CREW factory at the beginning of winter ❄️
They loved how the custom branding turned out, and their shoppers felt as if the coffee bar was part of the shop during their holiday event!

An iced drink we are introducing as an add on for our standard coffee menu! Espresso poured over iced tonic water with aromatic bitters, and topped with a dried orange slice!
