Amazing Japanese fusion in Midtown NYC with top-notch quality and great service and vibe!
My favorite was the Toro Uni Caviar, combining bluefin tuna tartare, uni, ikura, and caviar, served with milk toast for an extra rich bite. The chicken yakitori was also super tender with a nice crispy finish.
I also loved the buta kakuni (braised pork belly) and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard with snow crab + ikura). There are still so many dishes I want to try, so I’m definitely coming back!
