We’re excited to welcome Carter and Dakota, joining the Clark Construction team this summer as part of our internship program! They’ll spend the next few months working alongside both our project management teams and field crews, gaining hands-on experience across many different project types.
We’re honored to be part of their journey into the industry and looking forward to learning from them along the way as well!
Clark Construction is proud to recognize Construction Safety Week. Safety is not a checkbox, it’s a culture we build together every day on every jobsite. This week we’re making our rounds delivering cookies to our crews, because safe crews are worth celebrating.
To our team, thank you for looking out for yourselves and each other. We appreciate you more than words (and cookies) can say.
Construction Safety Week is right around the corner, and we’ve got a friendly competition underway! Each of our teams have picked a safety topic to create a short film about. Our goal is to highlight real jobsite risks, reinforce best practices, and keep safety top of mind, while having a little fun along the way.
Looking forward to seeing what this crew has up their sleeves…
Yesterday, we had the pleasure of celebrating the ribbon cutting for the Centrum Artists-in-Residence cabins at Fort Worden—officially complete, delivered one month early and under budget! 🎉
This project was all about preservation—honoring the history of these cabins while ensuring they remain comfortable, functional, and inspiring for years to come.
We’re incredibly proud of the team effort behind this one and grateful for our partners at Centrum, @sidexsidearchitects , and the many trade partners who helped bring this project to life.
We’re excited to see artists begin using the space!
We’re proud to recognize Superintendent Julian for giving back to the community in such a meaningful way.
Over several weekends, Julian volunteered his time at the Poulsbo Fish Park, helping repair the deck structure and contributing to the upkeep of this special local space. His willingness to step in, put in the work, and support a place that so many people enjoy truly reflects the kind of character we value.
Thank you, Julian, for your dedication, hard work, and commitment to making a positive impact beyond the jobsite 👏
From sun to snow and everywhere in between, it must be March in Washington! We have officially broken ground on our latest custom residence in Quilcene, perched right on top of a mountain with some of the most incredible views the Olympic Peninsula has to offer. Stay tuned—this is going to be a beautiful build. 🏡
Final photos are in! 📸
Introducing Queets Head Start & Elder’s Center, a 9,612-square-foot facility designed to bring generations together. The building includes three classrooms for infants, toddlers, and the Head Start program, along with a welcoming lounge and dining area designed especially for elders. It was an honor to partner with the Quinault Indian Nation to bring this community-focused space to life.

We’re proud to celebrate Women in Construction Week and the women helping shape the future of our industry. 👷♀️
Across the United States, women make up only 10.9% of the construction workforce. At Clark Construction, we’re proud that 30% of our team is made up of women contributing their talent, leadership, and expertise across every part of our company—from the jobsite to the office. We’re incredibly grateful for the women of Clark Construction and the impact they make on our projects, our culture, and our communities!

Project Update | Bainbridge Island Custom Residence
Floor-to-ceiling windows are one of the defining features of this exquisite custom home on Bainbridge Island. The main house includes over 1,700 square feet of glazing, more glass than the building’s entire footprint, designed to maximize natural light and frame expansive views.
These windows took a global journey to get here, shipped from Germany to Seattle, then barged to the island! More updates to come as this stunning residence continues to take shape.
Clark Construction is proud to partner with Centrum’s Artists-In-Residence program at historic Fort Worden with the restoration of five charming, semi-rustic cabins—spaces that have hosted hundreds of artists and creative thinkers since 1980. Each cabin includes bedrooms, living/dining space, a full kitchen, and full bath with ADA-compliant options.
This project is less about “remodeling to new” and more about restoration and preservation, ensuring the cabins remain comfortable and enduring for the next 100 years!
