Refreshing our brand wasn’t just about a new look, it was about laying stronger foundations for the future. As part of this next chapter, we’ve updated our fleet to BYD Shark 6 plug-in hybrid (PHEV) 4x4 utes, delivering the strength and reliability we need on site, with a smarter, more sustainable edge.
A trip to @signlabau to badge the new fleet marked more than a visual upgrade, it symbolised a business built with purpose, from the ground up.
Through our partnership with @clipsalhome , we’ve installed EV charging stations to keep our utes powered and project-ready. It’s an investment in the infrastructure behind the scenes, ensuring our team stays productive on the road while reducing emissions and driving a greener approach to how we operate.

At our recently completed Cumberland Park project, it was the finer details that truly brought the home together.
From the custom fireplace and thoughtfully designed powder room to the elevated finishes throughout the laundry and butler’s pantry, every space was approached with care and intention.
Integrated appliances, including the concealed fridge and dishwasher, create a seamless flow through the kitchen and living areas, elevating both function and design.
Working closely with our clients throughout the process, every detail was carefully considered to reflect the way they wanted to live within the space.

At Claridge, we’re continuing our commitment to mental health awareness across our business and sites.
Following our recent General Awareness Training with @matesinconstructionsa , our team has now completed the next phase, Connector Training. Held in our showroom, team members from both site and office came together to learn how to better support the people around them.
This training equips participants with the tools to recognise when someone may be struggling, have safe and meaningful conversations, and connect them with the right support services and resources.
These conversations aren’t always easy, but they are necessary. Mental health in the construction industry has historically gone unchecked, and we’re committed to helping create a culture where our people and trade partners feel supported, heard and looked after.
Because a stronger industry starts with looking after our people.

Last night we hosted another Custom Home Planning Masterclass, and it had us reflecting on a very special journey.
We first met Teddy and Miki at one of these events and last week, they received the keys to their brand new home. Seeing their progression from that first masterclass to handover has the entire team celebrating.
These events are all about helping people understand the nuances of custom home building and supporting them in bringing their vision to life. Watching Teddy and Miki achieve that dream is such a rewarding, full-circle moment for us.
