Taking a break from synthgazer duo Darrow, and following award-nominated sets at Abbotsford Convent in the Melbourne Fringe, Reductionist's set at FebFM on Sunday 22nd of February at Odeon Richmond will explore the wavefolding of time and space using battery-powered technologies and microvirtuosic technique, previewing the new release Energy Field.
BluNjin generates ambient spacious grooves from a secretive studio in the Yarra Valley, protected from prying eyes by a pack of trained alpacas. At Feb FM this Sunday afternoon Feb 22nd we will hear BluNjin present a set of cosmic post rave funky techno, with a chilled late-afternoon sensibility at Odeon Richmond.
BluNjin's track "Funki Funghi" on the Sublime Wavelengths compilation captures a chilled groove entering a mystical micro environment of FM bells and basses.

Infinity Deck journey from Western Victoria for a rare Melbourne set at Odeon Richmond for FebFM on Sunday 22nd of February. Taking a break from their busy rehearsal schedule as members of the MESS Orchestra prepping the live Terminator 2 soundtrack, this is a rare opportunity to hear their post-new age, krautrock-influenced sound.
Infinity Deck's track "Pattern Recognition" on the Sublime Wavelengths compilation is their first ever FM-only piece. Janita & Gus worked by correspondence to put this one together, riffing back and forth on the theme via floating time signatures and the tactility and accents of dual Hydrasynths and a DX7 II beating up against one another.
Infinity Deck are an electronic duo who conjure dreamscapes that are at once pastoral, cosmic & beyond. You are invited to slowly disco dance in your mind and allow yourself to be wrapped in clouds of soft melodic incense.

Feb FM at Odeon Richmond will culminate in a synthwave and electro house set from Boris Divjak, back from Eastern Europe to preview tracks from his forthcoming album, combining FM technology and cyberpunk attitude, augmented with live projections from VJ wow_elec_tron.
Boris Divjak's track "Sleepless" on the Sublime Wavelengths compilation is inspired by the shimmering atmospheric synth textures of late '80s synth-pop evoking a nostalgic, melancholic mood. It invites the listener into a dreamy soundscape created with an Elektron Syntakt, using the various FM engines on it for drums as well as synth voice. Additional sounds are coming from an Akemie's Taiko Eurorack module that uses authentic ‘old stock’ Yamaha chips for a true vintage vibe.
Based in Melbourne, Boris Divjak is an electronic music producer who explores retro soundscapes across genres like electronica, synthwave, and cyberpunk. Growing up in the 80s in Slovenia (former Yugoslavia), he was immersed in the sounds of computer video games, a key influence that continues to shape his music today. Drawing inspiration from artists like Kraftwerk, Daft Punk, and LCD Soundsystem, Boris creates instrumental tracks that lead listeners on imaginative and playful journeys through sound. In the studio, his creative process is driven by experimentation—each track begins with a new texture or sequence from his modular setup, often born during late-night sessions that bring a spacey, atmospheric quality to his work.
