It’s my last day of 37 and going all in on @bodieddenver has been my greatest joy of the year!! This is from an Advanced Step Workshop taught by the inimitable @jessicalaurenwilliamson today. I loved every sweaty step (even all those I screwed up before and after this video). Thanks for the space to be fully ME, you beautiful creatures! 🩷
This place raised me. We grow into fully formed adults without really planning for it, and while doing so, don’t often have the space to stop and reflect on how we suddenly became the people we are. When you’re given the opportunity to effectively go back in time, I hope it feels just like this. Joyful, connected, and oh so tender. (This is @evshoo , a key part of my @arsnovanyc tribe, and I love her so.)
