Movement is meant for every body. 🤍 IMBODYMNT x Bodied are coming together for a beginner-friendly Step experience designed to make movement feel approachable, empowering, and community-centered. If you’ve never touched a step before or you’re simply looking for a supportive and welcoming space when trying something new, come through! Together, we’ll move, sweat, connect, and remind ourselves that all bodies deserve to take up space and move.  After class, we’ll gather for coffee/matcha + connection because community is just as important as movement. ☕️ Come as you are.
