Chinese cuisine meets Jamaican flavours, with a menu by chef @cjyp - and fellow member of the @coasup collective, @lukediboll (currently cooking at Borough Marketβs Rambutan). Combining elements of her own heritage and her upbringing in SE London, Catβs menu reflects this multicultural melting pot: bringing Jamaican spicing to traditional Chinese cookery.
Having worked at Supa Ya ramen, 392 Kingsland Road and Duck Duck Goose, COA is in the kitchen for a two week residency, sharing a menu that is the best of both worlds, a kind of culinary shout-out to South East London...
