Thanks to everyone involved in this beautiful project. We can’t wait to share more with you soon. Gabin tells the story of a young boy growing up in the North of France. As the youngest member of the Jourdel family, he is expected to take over his father’s butcher shop. Torn between family loyalty and dreams of escape, he aspires to train a prize-winning cow, become a dog breeder, and save his mother’s farm from bankruptcy. The film follows Gabin from the age of 8 to 18, offering a deeply human portrait of youth, dreams, and transmission.
