Life is a cycle. I started riding bikes in the most casual way — my parents bought a house in the mountains, and it was simply how we got around. Over time, my brother fell in love with competition… and not long after, I followed him into it. I gave three years of my life to racing. But being one of the first to go down the track in my category meant that, once I finished, I’d grab a camera and hike back up to film the rest of the riders. Somewhere along the way, I realized I was spending more time behind the lens than on the bike. That slowly became the dream — to create the kind of films we used to watch over and over again every night until they wore out. The music, the aesthetic… it all shaped who I am. More than 20 years later, after dedicating my life to filmmaking in action sports, I find myself back on the bike. This time, to disconnect but at the same time connecting with the same feeling I had when I was a kid. And I can honestly say… I regret stepping away from riding for so long. Thanks @cesarrojo for building this absolute masterpiece — and for making me fall in love again with what truly defined my life, my path, and the person I’ve become.

A few years ago, I made a decision. I wanted to be involved in projects where friendship and good energy were everything. I chose to value my time — and the time of the people around me — and to only take on work that truly fulfills me. For one reason or another. Whether it’s the experience itself, the scale of the project, or accomplishing something I would have never even imagined doing. This time, we traveled to Moab with Vainas Trece. Honestly, riding through the canyons of Utah had never even crossed my mind. I’ve never really done enduro in my life… how was I supposed to dream about something like that? And yet, there we were — living one of the most incredible motorcycle experiences I’ve ever had. The downside? I brought other project edits with me. I was filming from 8am to 5pm, and then editing from 7pm until 4am. Maybe we’ll have to go back… and live the full experience properly.

Después de venir de 2 años acojonantes, el 2025 ha sido un año un tanto oscuro. Siempre me has impresionado sobre la moto, pero lo que más me ha sorprendido es ver tu fortaleza mental. El aislar todo lo malo y cogerte a lo bueno, seguir preparándote para estar ready cuando tengas todos los ingredientes para volver a ganar. Se me ha ocurrido, juntar todo lo guapo que hemos hecho estos últimos años, y alguna cosilla extra de internet, para recordarte de donde vienes, y lo que has conseguido, aunque se, que ni tu ADN, ni tu cabeza ni tu familia, lo habéis olvidado ni un sólo segundo. Por seguir disfrutando de nuestra amistad, y de los triunfos que estan por venir! Long live King George!!

Le Bon Gamin, former UFC heavyweight champ. It's hard to not love this wonderful human being. He opened his arms to all of us and was kind and in for every shot we asked for. Crazy how he could be a beast inside the @ufc cage and no gives no f*cks on making a soul leave someblody's body with just a punch and outside be a funny, carismatic teddy bear. Thanks @yamahamotoreu and @thewhoproject to make it possible. I went to this shooting being a fan, and came out of it as the biggest fan.
