This series explores the properties of transparent and semi-transparent materials and examines how they can operate as metaphors for relationships, modes of perceiving information, and the dynamics of inner reflection.
Transparency here is interpreted on multiple levels: as openness in emotional exchange, as clarity within one’s inner dialogue, and as an internal condition in which certain aspects come into focus while others fade from attention.
Within this framework, the inflatable structure functions as a transformative lens. It becomes a spatial and conceptual mediator that shapes the cognitive and emotional states of the figures. Positioned among or between them, the object generates a specific environment - one that appears to ease the circulation of thought, allowing mental trajectories to become more legible while also subtly guiding them toward moments of resonance, synergy, and deeper introspection. It provokes fragile questions, prompting the characters to dwell within their own reflective processes.
Yet the transparency of the material is never absolute. It introduces distortion, inaccuracy, and a thin barrier between reality and its image. This interplay between clarity and opacity forms a central thematic tension of the work. Through these visual situations, the series investigates diverse trajectories of connection: the spaces of silence between individuals, their internal presence, and the shifting dynamics of their reflective states.
