Let me tell you about Joe…
Last year, we lost our guitar player and song writer, Joe Goldstein to cancer. We will not forget the friendships and contributions Joe brought to our lives, and the world should be reminded. Joe was a musician’s musician; highly respected for technical mastery, artistry, and influence. Orchestrating the band, keeping us all on point, and always the one to makes us laugh. They wrote all of our originals, music and lyrics.
Death in the Arena is working to bring Joe’s songs and our sound back to the masses. What was never released and shelved will be released for our fans and Joey’s beautiful family. Studio recordings as well as live recordings.
Death in the Arena celebrates the music of champions. The Champion Sound is our moto. Our music is our weapon. Today we honor our fallen champion and the music we played together.
Our first album release will be May 8th, available everywhere; on our Bandcamp page, Spotify, Apple, and all streaming services.
All proceeds from this release, and merch will go to Joe’s family, please consider a purchase. @_joegoldstein@lowenderino@christopherpingor@christopher__mcgill@jessiskapanik@oldnjbootboy@djangios@lordtedford@amygold425

I have been super busy! I am now playing in 2 bands. Monster Dog and Bamberdöst. I will have news regarding an old band of mine soon too. This year is going to be busy!
If you can, mark your calendars for February 15, 2026. We are playing a benefit show at Tierney's. It's a matinee so you can get home early. Three bands and a live broadcast from RadioFree Montclair. Doors open at 3pm.
Catch Bamberdöst then or you will have to wait until we hit Asbury Park again in April.
We are raising money for the Food Pantry of Montclair. Come out, make a donation and see some great bands. Make sure to come up and say hi!
