Turning 44 today, and my heart is absolutely bursting with love and gratitude. Every call, message, and hug reminds me how incredibly blessed I am to have such an amazing family and friends by my side.
With each year, I’m learning what truly matters: kindness, connection, and the grace that comes from appreciating every small moment. I may not have all the answers, but I know I’m exactly where I need to be—surrounded by the best people I could ever hope for.

10 years ago, I would’ve still been in bed right now… hungover, exhausted, trying to remember the night before.
Today, at 45 years old, I got TWO workouts in before most people finished breakfast, checked my InBody stats, and thanked God for a completely different way of life.

More than anything, I’m grateful. Grateful for sobriety. Grateful for discipline. Grateful for health. Grateful for another year of life and the ability to still push myself every single day.
