My body and I have been through a lot over the years.
Heavy lifting.
Running.

Today meant more.
We officially launched our first HYROX SFV Youngstars Run Club, and what we saw today was powerful.
Kids stepping outside their comfort zones and their parents standing on the sidelines encouraging them.
They learning how to move, and believe in themselves.
Kids being introduced to a new standard of fitness and discipline.
This is about investing into our youth.
Our mission is simple:
Give them opportunities
Build their confidence
Surround them with the right environment
Because when we lead them early… we change their future.
Proud of every single young athlete that showed up today.
