The music was recorded live to two-track stereo without edits or overdubs and roams between wide-open vintage synths, dense thickets of buzzing 808 spasms, cathedral vocals, crushing distortion, and guitar-pedal driven woodwinds. A rippling energy charges these dark instrumentals. A mix of sculpted synthesizers, on-the-spot improvisation, and heavy atmosphere. This trio of Travis Just, Chlöe Roe, and Jack Lynch convened to accompany Object Collection’s collaboration with legendary playwright Richard Foreman. These sessions are the first steps of that project, to be released later this year on Infrequent Seams. 2024 in reviewwww -mask girls was born and we have shot 6 episodes of my literal dream project (thank u @unclecatproductions and ava and jules and eddy and everyone involved) -performed in TWO @objectcollection shows (one in san francisco at the LAB and another at LA MAMA) -traveled to indiana to work on @katiemadonnaleee ‘s Blessed as an actor and AD (and camera and lighting and DIY forever) -frothy top was born @jarvisprobes -my baby boogie entered this world and found me thanks to @lilnoisebaby -directed, designed, and edited a music video for @shiverboard with the best team. -created soundtracks/music for STEW and Mason’s Hole. -wrapped season 1 @cjsgrill as 1st AD -ended the year with a sold out run at la mama and shooting some 16mm ❤️ -got intense burn out and got plagued with sickness multiple times throughout the year. but that okay!!!
