Despite reporting higher need for mental health care, LGBTQ+ people are less likely to receive it than straight people, whether that be due to financial, cultural, or systemic barriers.
By July 31, we aim to raise funds for 500 therapy sessions for community members without insurance to bridge this gap between our community and the care we deserve 🏳️🌈

CTC Executive Director Iggy Ladden had the opportunity to speak with the Mayor and share more about our work expanding access to affirming mental healthcare across Chicago and Illinois.

• Working with survivors of domestic violence
