MOTMOT - FRIDAY JAZZ Motmot is the project of singer Chiara Bacci, where composition intertwines with improvisation and sonic exploration, in collaboration with saxophonist Adia Vanheerentals, pianist Simon Groppe, and drummer Gaspard Sicx.
Their music unfolds like a dream — subtle and immersive, yet full of unexpected turns. Calm atmospheres can suddenly shift, transforming into new shapes and textures as melodies reappear, altered and renewed. The lyrics blend images, short stories, and fragments, creating poetic worlds that echo through the soundscape.
