Field day! Recently, our Chesapeake Tributaries Initiative members performed water quality assessments at one of our delisting catchments in Pennsylvania. This stream is just one of many where best management practices have been implemented on nearby farms.
Their goal is to assess current water quality conditions by examining chemistry, habitat and benthic macroinvertebrates to see how conditions are changing.
