Really colourful and intricate. Stay tuned collage on routttee! 🌙 what do you need (EP)- Hailey Knox with 'Don't Matter' most played but the single 'Charismatic' is top tierrrr. 🤬 This Wasn't Meant For You Anyways - Lola Young with 'Big Brown Eyes' most played. 🌋Volcano - JUNGLE with 'Good at Breaking Hearts' most played though this is massively tied with 'Dominoes' and 'Candle Flame'. Can not sit still or help but sing with these. Saw this video idea from @stevenwommack + had to do!

🖍️ I'm really enjoying exploring collage making lately.. Again, it's another way to have down time but also it's been really nice to pull from projects I worked a few years ago. This is from Global Water Dances 2022, with @dancingstrong_movementlab @adesola_akinleye @helenkindred where I photographed, wrote and performed on the pebbly/sandy deptford shores. Snippets from a zine I made during the WIRED: We Respectfully Take Up Space, Creative Labs facilitated and held by Zoe Tankard last year. It's been really nice to use zines as a way to document workshops and rooms I'm participating in. Like notes but less linear, organised? They're free, not formatted and make sense to me even if they don't fully to others. These pages look at leaning in to desire, tuning into what my achy body needed on the warm June day in the CDS studio; moving and sculpting. I also created a spiralled bundle of wire to duet with and become a tangible experience of my fatigue and daily pain in a chronically ill body. Bit late but... I had such a beautiful holiday to Portugal, back in September ☀️⛱️ So much fun, lots of relaxing and gah I love the sound of the sea! (Also, saw dolphins too! 😱). It was so lovely to get some well needed downtime away together and I now get why people love a beach holiday! It's been a wonderful three years with you 🌻 ✏️ Also taking holiday recommendations below!

Enfield of Dreams is a transformative two-year project that puts young people’s voices at the center, connecting them with Enfield’s cultural partners and creative practitioners to shape a shared vision for culture across the borough. 🔍 Opportunities include: • Young Cultural Leaders (18–30): a two-year skills and leadership development programme • Creative Cluster Projects: ambitious, co-created public-realm projects for Enfield • Creative Learning Programme: artist-educators co-designing workshops with young people and teachers in Enfield secondary schools • Arts & Culture Professionals: delivering leadership development workshops for Young Cultural Leaders 🤝 Partners: Led by UP Projects, in partnership with Border Crossings, Chickenshed Theatre, Clore Leadership, DYSPLA, Face Front Inclusive Theatre, HighRise Entertainment, Enfield Council, alongside many Enfield-based artists, creative practitioners, schools and young people.
