15 years ago I moved to Mumbai and left everything behind and I’ve never regretted it. This year I got to take my mom home for New Year and thank her for all her sacrifice.
She moved for me, cared for me and still treats me like a child. My dad once told me that when he was gone, mom would come back and take care of me and he was right. Somehow everything dad ever said always came true. I carry his words with me every day. 💙
Mom, I know I’ve been stubborn my whole life but all I want now is for you to be happy and smiling. Love you and thank you for everything 🙏🏻🙏🏻💙💙💙
And for those who still have this moment with your parents, please look after them. They raised us, protected us, and never wanted us hurt. Hug them often, tell them you love them, while you still can.😊💙

Now coming to the real example that anything can happen if you are patient and ready to learn.
Jayesh @jayesh.kale.3538 joined us in 2017, and yes… he was not from a kitchen background at all. He was actually a master fisherman 😊 Back then, Jayesh could not speak English, but nowadays he can even argue with me 🤣😅
By reading the QTY sheets, Jayesh learned by remembering the pictures of the words. That is how amazing he is. I can’t explain how proud I truly am of him, and he also showed me how successful we can be when we give someone a chance to learn a completely new career.
Today, Jayesh has become our Senior Sous Chef. 🎉🍺💙

A team member who never says no to learning anything. When he joined us, he was completely fresh to our cuisine, but every time we placed him in a new section or gave him something new to learn, he always gave his best.

What we truly love about him is that he never tries to rush or jump too fast. He takes his time to learn properly, step by step, with real passion and dedication.
