So sorry if I keep posting about my team, but I really want to share how amazing they are. I always thank them for everything they do. 💙 Now coming to the real example that anything can happen if you are patient and ready to learn. Jayesh @jayesh.kale.3538 joined us in 2017, and yes… he was not from a kitchen background at all. He was actually a master fisherman 😊 Back then, Jayesh could not speak English, but nowadays he can even argue with me 🤣😅 By reading the QTY sheets, Jayesh learned by remembering the pictures of the words. That is how amazing he is. I can’t explain how proud I truly am of him, and he also showed me how successful we can be when we give someone a chance to learn a completely new career. Today, Jayesh has become our Senior Sous Chef. 🎉🍺💙 We are very proud of you, Jayesh 💙

Ravi and Rohan @ravi330825 @ascending_xcv The duo who keep the KMG @khaomangai_byseefah kitchen running strong under the guidance of Deepu, Jayesh, and Chinmay. @ddivakaran5 @jayesh.kale.3538 @chinappa03 Ravi has now been promoted from CDP to Junior Sous Chef. Watching his journey has been amazing. Ravi can work very well, but whenever I’m not there 😁 I don’t know why he still gets nervous, even after being with us for 9 years. 🤣🙌🏻 Rohan has now been promoted from Commis 1 to DCDP. He has taken the pressure of the rush service, learning deeply from the brand, and he handles the lead very well with confidence and dedication.🙌🏻💙 Thank you, guys. You both make us very proud every single day. 💙🎉😊

Vinay (@05_rudra_sonavne )… you will always see him smiling 😊 Now he is looking after KMG. @khaomangai_byseefah under the guidance of Navneeth @meen_da_pucche and Luke @seinemakbo both are the backbone of our service team. Introducing one of the main backbones of our company and my right hand, Chef Deepu @ddivakaran5 💙🙌🏻 Chef Deepu was born and brought up in Kerala. Before joining us, he spent almost 15 years working in 5-star hotels, building a strong foundation and deep experience in the kitchen. In 2018, he decided to join our small team and since then, he has quietly continued doing what he does best ..cooking with heart and consistency every single day. Even as an Executive Chef, he is still the kind of person who will stand beside the staff and help make mise en place, still stay at the root. That humility and dedication are something I truly respect. Whenever I am absent or even when I am there ..he always makes sure the quality of the food and the standards of the products stay exactly the same. That trust and consistency are one of the biggest reasons why our company keeps growing.
