This year, I made a promise to finally check off all the burgers I’ve been dying to try and Bymark’s had a spot on that list for over a decade. I finally made it to this Financial District gem and it did not disappoint. The burger was perfectly cooked and packed with rich flavour. Paired with beef tartare and truffle fries, it made for a seriously memorable meal.
