We had the pleasure of dining at @fabbricarestaurant — a cozy yet elevated Italian restaurant in Thornbury. Located just 15 minutes from Blue Mountain Village, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a full day on the slopes.
I also discovered a new favorite appetizer: Calamari al Forno which is a must-try at this restaurant. It’s served hot and fresh off the grill and the rich nduja sauce and breadcrumbs perfectly complemented the calamari.
We ordered funghi pizza that was prepared in a wood-fired oven and finished with freshly shaved Parmesan adding an extra layer of flavor.
Be sure to save room for dessert because their featured olive oil cake was outstanding and truly worth indulging to the last bite.
