Chefs Travis Wyatt @new_rowdy954 , Junior Borges @chefjuniorborges , and Brian Streeter showcased creativity, flavor, and connection through every dish, reminding us why Dallasā dining scene continues to shine.
Guests enjoyed a curated progression of flavors, from foie gras macarons and hamachi tostadas at the reception to standout plates like winter squash salad with duck prosciutto and burrata, maitake mushroom tortellini in broth, and @rosewoodranches picanha with piri piri and potato. The night closed on a sweet note with a layered coconut cream pie paired perfectly with Cakebreadās Benchland Select Cabernet Sauvignon from @miradordallas Chef Kamryne @kamryneinthekitchen .
