🚨 High heat gets a bad reputation — and honestly, we get why. Burnt food, sticking, smoke alarms going off… we’ve all been there. But here’s the truth: Heat isn’t the enemy. Unreliable cookware combined with inexperience is. When your pan is built with the right materials and thoughtful engineering, high heat becomes a tool, not a risk. It gives you better browning, more control, and more confidence — even if you’re just cooking dinner on a Tuesday night. This isn’t about cooking like a professional. It’s about having cookware that supports you while you learn, experiment, and enjoy the process. We have all started from zero. Cooking should feel empowering — not intimidating. If you’ve ever been scared of heat, let's conquer that in 2026. šŸ”„

When our Cookware Concierge speaks… we listen. Michael breaks down why sealed rims are one of the most important — and most overlooked — features in premium cookware. It’s the detail that: āœ… Protects your pan in the dishwasher āœ… Prevents corrosion at the edges āœ… Keeps your cookware performing beautifully for decades Nearly every Hestan collection is crafted with sealed rims (except CopperBondĀ®, which is engineered differently by design). Because the difference between good cookware and exceptional cookware? It’s in the details. Questions about your cookware? Drop them below!

POV: you bought stainless steel cookware… and immediately got humbled šŸ˜šŸ³ If it’s been sitting in your cabinet waiting for a ā€œbraver day,ā€ this is your sign. Stainless steel isn’t difficult — it just works differently. Once you understand heat, timing, and a little patience, everything changes (hello crispy edges, goodbye sticking panic). Save this for your next cooking moment and send it to a friend who’s also been avoiding their stainless steel era! 😌

Spring dinners, but make them a little elevated. Lamb sirloin steak frites with green peppercorn sauce = crispy, creamy, and perfectly savory. Save this one for your next at-home date night šŸ‘‡ LAMB SIRLOIN STEAK FRITES WITH GREEN PEPPERCORN SAUCE Serves 2–4 Ingredients: • Lamb sirloin steaks • Russet potatoes (cut into fries) • Salt + black pepper • 1 shallot, diced • 2 garlic cloves, minced • Green peppercorns (in brine) • Cognac or brandy • Beef stock • Heavy cream • Fresh parsley (for garnish) Directions: 1. Make the frites: Cut potatoes into thin strips, rinse, and pat dry. Fry or roast until golden and crispy. Season with salt. 2. Cook the lamb: Season steaks with salt + pepper. Sear in a hot pan until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Let rest. 3. Build the sauce: In the same pan, sautĆ© shallot + garlic. Add green peppercorns and deglaze with cognac. 4. Stir in beef stock and simmer to reduce. Add cream and cook until thick and glossy. 5. Serve: Slice lamb, plate with frites, and spoon over the peppercorn sauce. Finish with fresh parsley. Crispy fries. Juicy lamb. That creamy, peppery sauce. This is your sign to romanticize dinner at home.

Not all stainless steel pans cook the same, and this is exactly why I keep reaching for @hestanculinary . When I want to build real flavor, especially for a pan sauce, I want stainless steel that performs. My go-to’s are the Hestan NanoBond Molecular Titanium Skillets because they give me the sear I want, the fond I need, and the durability to handle everyday cooking without babying it. One of the biggest tips with stainless is patience. Once the chicken is properly golden brown, it naturally releases from the pan, leaving behind all that flavor to build into the sauce. That is one of the biggest reasons I choose stainless for recipes like this. The NanoBond line is beautiful, built to last, and honestly the kind of pan you buy once and use forever. And right now it’s on sale. Comment HESTAN and I’ll DM you the link. #ad #hestanculinary #hestanpartner #howihestan

Cinnamon Rolls with Orange Cream Cheese Glaze Comment ā€œRecipeā€ and we’ll DM the recipe link as well as a link to shop Hestan. Soft, buttery cinnamon rolls with swirls of brown sugar and cinnamon, finished with silky orange cream cheese glaze and glossy candied citrus šŸŠ This is the kind of brunch bake that feels extra special for Mother’s Day. Warm, soft, citrusy, and perfect for sharing straight from the roaster. Even better? Most of the work can be done ahead. Shape the rolls the night before, refrigerate, then let them puff up in the morning for one to two hours before baking. The candied citrus and glaze can also be prepared ahead, making Mother’s Day morning feel relaxed instead of rushed. The Invest in Innovation Event is still on, and you can save 20% on everything featured in this video. We baked these in the Hestan Provisions Oval Roaster, which delivers beautiful even heat and gives the rolls plenty of room to rise and bake up soft and pillowy. The Hestan Mixing Bowls made prep simple with their durable stainless steel construction and wide, stable base design, while the Thomas Keller Insignia Titum Nonstick Skillet was perfect for gently candying the orange slices thanks to its exceptional release and easy cleanup. #HestanCulinary #HestanPartner#MothersDayBrunch #CinnamonRolls #BakingFromScratch
