New restaurant and new menu!! Couldn't be prouder of the tough year we endured to finally end up at a dream location in Newington Green. This is ou new menu dessert, lovely roasted white chocolate and house made white miso over a brown butter solids topped with Seville bloody, blood orange granita. Can't wait to have you all over.

When in Love with one ingredient why not use it from nose to tail and on each element of a dish! That's what we've done here at @canto_73 1. Leaves of Cauliflower and @lafromageriewholesale 42 month parmesan cheese for the chards. 2. Strained yoghurt seasoned with Cauliflower vinagre. 3. Roasted Cauliflower. 4. Cauliflower and 37% white chocolate from @original_beans pureรฉ.

Back to doing what we love โค ๐Ÿ˜ Can't believe it!! It's been a couple of years with lot's of personal and professional challenges, all of which we took and tried to learn from. But enough of that (covid19) stuff, let's talk about food shall we!?
