ZERO additives, no lecithin, no vanilla. 46,320 beans checked by hand. 10 rare cacao varietals preserved in cacao forests. Great chocolate begins in origin. Together with our partners, we preserve the purity, diversity, and sensory richness of cacao by protecting rare varietals at the source. By using zero additives, no lecithin, and no vanilla, we allow the true taste of origin to shine through in every chocolate we make. Over 46,320 beans were checked by hand to ensure exceptional quality and consistency, bean by bean. Chocolate Foodprint 2025 | Social Impact Focus 🔍 The second pillar of our Chocolate Foodprint is where impact becomes human. 4,001 farmers trained, of which 1,011 are women 3x – 6.4x above the living income paid to farmers 105.2 tons of beans processed directly in origin Together with our partners, we go beyond fair prices. We invest in people and the communities behind them. Through long-term partnerships, we build trusting relationships and support skills, knowledge, and leadership to empower cacao growers. 4,001 farmers have been trained in regenerative agroforestry, entrepreneurship, nutrition, and financial literacy, strengthening communities from within. Of these, 1,011 are women. By paying 3x to 6.4x above living income levels, we help ensure that our growers can invest not only in their current lives but also in their own and their children’s futures. With 105.2 tons of beans processed directly in origin, we strengthen local infrastructure, support economic resilience, and ensure that the rewards of our growers’ labour stay where they belong. Chocolate Foodprint 2025 | Nature & Climate Focus 🌱 The first pillar of our Chocolate Foodprint is where everything begins: nature and climate. 2.013 million trees grown 4,488 hectares of agroforestry 20,157 tons of CO2 drawn down Together with our cacao growers, we are not just planting and protecting trees; we are growing living forest systems. Last year, 2.013 million trees were grown, nurtured by the very people who know them best. Across 4,488 hectares of agroforestry, cacao grows the way it should, inside diverse, resilient ecosystems alongside native shade trees and forest crops. These are not plantations, but living landscapes that protect biodiversity, restore soils, and build climate resilience. 20,157 tons of CO2 were drawn down through these agroforestry and rainforest systems, where carbon is not a problem, but part of the solution when kept in balance.
